It has been over 110 years since we opened a small sushi restaurant in Kappabashi in 1936.
Even as times change, what we have always valued is “taste that makes you want to come back” and “a relaxing atmosphere.”
In addition to fresh seasonal ingredients, we carefully prepare each and every dish, such as carefully prepared conger eel, light fish with a particular amount of vinegar, softly cooked omelette, and sweet dried gourd rolls, which are simple but do not skimp on anything.
